AM Builders is a local, Bristol-based building company, serving Bristol and the surrounding areas of Bath, Chippenham, Gloucester and Weston-super-Mare. We’re a new company but have almost a decade in the industry, learning and developing our expertise to the point where there’s almost nothing we can’t do! As a builder in Bristol, we specialise in house extensions, renovations and loft conversions, but offer a variety of other services also. OUR PROCESS

 

 

 

Step 1
 Make an inquiry

Give us a call on 07459 122 808 or give us a message on our social media channels to tell us about your project and arrange a good time for us to come to your home and discuss the project in greater detail.

Step 2
  Have us over

We’ll come round and view the property in question. You can show us in more detail what you want us to do, we can have a proper look at the site and answer any queries you might have.

Step 3 
 Get a free quote

We’ll arrange a quote for you at the earliest opportunity (possibly right there and then, depending on the work).

Step 4
 Pay the deposit and begin works

If the quote works for you, we’ll take an initial deposit of 10% and the work commences! Depending on the job at hand, we’ll take payments for works, at intervals, as the build proceeds.

Step 5
 Completion and aftercare

Once the work is done and payment fully settled, our minimum one-year guarantee kicks in. We’ll be on-hand to fix any issues and deal with any snags, as necessary.
